Priyanka Chopra Biography

Priyanka Chopra was conceived in Jamshedpur, India on July 18, 1982. While at high school, Chopra won the Miss India pageant. She quickly followed that success by winning the 2000 Miss World pageant as well. On the heels of that international success, Chopra turned her sights at the world of film and became a huge star in the Bollywood system. She made waves on American television through Quantico, the FBI drama Quantico that ran from 2015 until 2018 and made headlines due to her marriage to singer and actor Nick Jonas in December 2018. Her debut Bollywood film The Hero - Love Story of a Spy was released in 2003. In the same year, she appeared in Andaaz, and this began a lengthy string of filmsthat included Plan, Kismat, Asambhav, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Aitrazz which was awe-inspiring, all released in 2004. Although these films didn't perform well at the box office , Chopra was successful in her romantic comedy Mujhse Karogi. Chopra was only 20 when she made her film debut with Thamizhan and continued the same year with Jeet - Born to Win. Chopra stated that she hated her debut. "I was ready to leave the field after I had completed it!" "I did not know what was going on." Nick Jonas, actress and singer-actor has made their relationship public in the summer of 2018. The news of their engagement broke in July. According to reports, Jonas proposed to Chopra on Chopra's 36th Birthday. They were married in an extravagant wedding that began on December 1, 2018.
